Momentum engagements are designed to identify high impact opportunities in existing customers and prospects, provide specific gap analysis with recommendations for marketing, operations, business, technology and compliance as well as provide an ROI model and rationale deployment model tailored to the client’s specific needs.

Reacting to additional needs identified through Momentum projects, the Strategic Consulting Group expanded its service offerings to include market research, prototyping, usability testing, key performance metric tracking, content strategy and supporting services that move enterprise clients toward a holistic preference-based customer experience.
