Client Success Manager (Senior)

 

Description

In this role you will be the front line technical resource for MyPreferences support efforts with large enterprise customers. Furthermore, the Senior Client Success Manager will often have to troubleshoot and resolve configuration problems during solution implementation and ongoing end-user support. The Senior Client Success Manager will also be the liaison between the Operations organization and other teams including Development, Product Management and Sales. The Senior Client Success Manager must have a deep technical understanding of our product and be able to communicate at both a business and technical level. You will be tasked with resolving all operational technical issues to assure complete customer confidence. Must be able to quickly establish strong, trusted relationships with customers and understand this as critical to success.


Job Responsibilities include

  • Application discovery and documentation of infrastructure, architecture and technical requirements for client projects.
    • Provide product support to customers, partners and consultants according to the support procedures in order to resolve problems from different complexity levels
    • Have direct contact with PNOW VIPS on a monthly (weekly) basis
    • Fosters collaboration between Sales, Operations, and Development teams
    • Manage the customer onboarding process

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree – MIS, Computer Science or related technical degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum 3 years technical experience in the software industry
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Results-oriented, strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to meet with internal team members face to face on a daily basis
  • Be available for occasional after hour’s maintenance.
  • Some weekend/afterhours support for maintenance and unexpected issues
  • Be able to lift upwards of 45 pounds

Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying mid-market to enterprise account sales opportunities. This is a business-to-business sales environment that requires positioning a technology and consulting solution to Marketing, IT and Compliance groups. The role focuses on identifying business needs while also conducting information-gathering to help pre-qualify opportunities for the sales organization through phone, email and social contact.


Responsibilities

  • Using your prospecting and account penetration skills, you’ll work to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly pipeline and forecast goals as well as other defined objectives
  • Identify qualified sales opportunities in mid-market to large, enterprise accounts
  • Interact with Marketing and IT business decision makers via phone, email and social channels
  • Update lead and prospect activity in salesforce CRM to ensure effective lead management

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to develop and execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging and recommending corrective actions. You will also review software requirements and track quality assurance metrics in an agile software development environment.  Our software products are web based and data centric, so technical knowledge about web interfaces and SQL databases is required.
The QA Analyst role plays an important part in our company’s software development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs, while being cost-effective. Ultimately, you should be able to monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve application malfunctions to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft testing and automation tools - Visual Studio 2017 / Visual Studio Team Services / Microsoft Test Automation Tools in Visual Studio
  • Solid understanding of database, multi-tiered application architecture and related testing strategies

The Technical Application Support Specialist will work on the Technical Operations Team alongside our systems engineers, database administrators, and in coordination with our professional services organization and customer service managers.  This technical position will support, maintain, and assist with the onboarding and implementation of new customers, in a highly specialized web-based solution.

Core Technical Competencies:

A Technical Application Support Specialist needs to demonstrate IT competence around applications and systems, with a strong troubleshooting methodology.  Core technical areas of understanding include; Databases, SQL Server, IIS, PowerShell, and Windows Operating System Platform.

  • Proactively make suggestions to management to help reduce or eliminate recurring issues
  • Work well with other members of the Application Support team
  • Be available 24/7/365 to assist with resolving SEV 1 issues
  • Be on a rotation to take after hour calls

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with technical troubleshooting via logical process and established methodologies
  • Experience with driving projects and initiatives towards completion
  • History working with or supporting SQL Server, IIS, PowerShell, and MS Dynamics
  • Knowledge utilizing Splunk a plus
  • Root cause analysis
  • Excellent soft skills such as communication, negotiation, and conflict management/resolution
  • Demonstrated skill in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint to review and create required documentation, analysis, and presentations as needed
