Accounting Director/ Controller

Description

Act as primary executive responsible for the company’s accounting, taxes, payroll, banking, financial audits, and financial fraud prevention.

Report directly to Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Manage and oversee the company’s accounting department (consisting of 4 full-time and 1 part-time employee) and own responsibility for all accounting functions and the accuracy of the financial books, including closing the books monthly
  • Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert on accounting
  • Manage payroll for the company’s 150 employees through QuickBooks Assisted Payroll (semi-monthly payroll)
    • Assist in calculating 401(k) matching payments, commissions, and bonus compensation
  • Manage relationships with key external partners, including the commercial bank, the tax firm, the financial audit firm, and equipment leasing vendor
  • Work with the outside audit firm to facilitate the annual financial audit
  • Work with outside tax firm to file taxes in a timely way and maintain active registrations with state and foreign (Canada) tax jurisdictions
    • Oversee sales tax reporting
  • Perform tasks related to the company’s annual SOC2 audit, including maintaining a departmental business continuity plan, managing access control for QuickBooks, and performing financial reviews of mission critical suppliers
  • Design and oversee the company’s fraud protection controls
  • Participate in company staff meetings and present status updates to the executive and management teams
  • Manage relevant accounting projects, such as applying for and following the status of the company’s Paycheck Protection Loan, and developing information for and applying for R&D tax credits and GA state retraining tax credits

Job Requirements

  • BS in Accounting

Desired Skills

  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience in Accounting, with management experience
  • CPA certification preferred
  • Experience with Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft products
  • Strong attention to detail/quality, and good analytical skills

Customer Success Manager

Description

PossibleNOW, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will often have to troubleshoot and resolve configuration problems during solution implementation and ongoing end-user support. The Customer Success Manager will also be the liaison between the Operations organization and other teams including Development, Product Management and Sales. The Customer Success Manager must have a deep technical understanding of our product and can communicate at both a business and technical level. You will be tasked with resolving all operational technical issues to assure complete customer confidence. Must be able to quickly establish strong, trusted relationships with customers and understand this as critical to success.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Manage the PossibleNOW experience
  • Manage the customer onboarding process
  • Have direct contact with PossibleNOW VIPS on a monthly (weekly) basis
  • Build trust between the brand and the customer
  • Help map their process and goals

Required Education
Bachelor’s degree - MIS, Computer Science or related technical degree strongly preferred

Customer Support Specialist (Level I)

 

PossibleNOW’s Customer Support team is focused on providing exceptional end user support for our suite of software solutions. The customer support specialist role is an important position that provides great visibility, and individual technical growth potential for an ambitious individual. We look for results-oriented people who have initiative, a positive attitude, the ability to learn quickly, a willingness to succeed, and who truly enjoy helping and making a difference with people.

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Answer incoming client inquiries, primarily phone calls – At least 50% of time on average
  • Assist customers in the implementation and configuration of the PossibleNOW Software Suite
  • Train customers on how to utilize the PossibleNOW product suite
  • Under general supervision, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve basic to moderately complex technical and/or operational problems for our customers
  • Build trust through customer interactions by providing timely follow-up and status updates
  • Document and notate customer issues and assist in improving customer experiences by passing feedback along to team leadership and management
  • Demonstrate good judgment by escalating issues to management when appropriate
  • Proactively make suggestions to management to help reduce or eliminate recurring issues

Skills/Traits for Success:

  • Previous roles in customer service with a focus on positive customer experience outcomes
  • A passion for technology and possess a technical aptitude or familiarity with software concepts

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred, ideally in a fast-paced start-up environment and/or in technical support

  • Exceptional attention to detail, outstanding time management, communication, and organization skills
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
  • BA/BS degree preferred but not required
  • Must be available to assume an on-call rotation – typically one week per month

Enterprise Account Executive

 

Description

PossibleNOW has identified enterprise privacy, consent, and preference management and our MyPreferences technology as an integral part of our overall growth strategy. We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive who is excited about representing this product line to the most progressive marketers in the world and acquiring enterprise level accounts.

The Enterprise Account Executive’s primary focus will be the MyPreferences product offering , including sales of SaaS technology and Professional Services to support strategic implementations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • New account acquisition within enterprise level accounts, existing clients, and potential partners
  • Carrying out online demonstrations and in person meetings with new prospects and existing clients
  • Pipeline management and accurate forecasting / reporting
  • Quota attainment for named accounts on quarterly and annual basis Work with a cross functional team including business development, client success, and solution architects
  • Trade show participation
  • Travel requirement estimated at 25% per year

Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent is preferred.

Sales Development Representative

 

Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying mid-market to enterprise account sales opportunities. This is a business-to-business sales environment that requires positioning a technology and consulting solution to Marketing, IT and Compliance groups. The role focuses on identifying business needs while also conducting information-gathering to help pre-qualify opportunities for the sales organization through phone, email and social contact.


Responsibilities

  • Using your prospecting and account penetration skills, you’ll work to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly pipeline and forecast goals as well as other defined objectives
  • Identify qualified sales opportunities in mid-market to large, enterprise accounts
  • Interact with Marketing and IT business decision makers via phone, email and social channels
  • Update lead and prospect activity in salesforce CRM to ensure effective lead management
  • Partner with Account Executives to set qualified introductory meetings for the sales team
  • Nurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential
  • Exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly lead development quota

Required Education
