One of the key reasons we shifted from building in-house solutions to partnering with an external provider was our desire to be more progressive, innovative, and imaginative with our online marketing strategies. By leveraging a SaaS-based model, we were able to achieve that, as it took care of much of the heavy lifting for us.

This shift allowed us to focus on improving our digital marketing approach, addressing one of the crucial components of our marketing infrastructure. Now that we’ve got the right systems in place, including our email service provider and our preference management vendor, the next step falls on us as marketers. We need to be smarter about how we utilize this advanced infrastructure to maximize its potential for our marketing efforts.
