Summary

Currently, our environment is completely siloed because the systems we use to manage different channels are separate. For example, we have an email preference center, we track followers on Twitter, know our Facebook fans, and monitor traffic on our blog, but there’s no easy way to connect all these data points together. Right now, we’re on a journey to find systems or technology that will truly allow us to be multi-channel. The goal is to have one unified customer profile that shows how each customer interacts with us across all channels. This would give us a comprehensive view of customer engagement and allow for more cohesive communication.
