The information we gather (both active and passive)
PossibleNOW collects several categories of information about and on behalf of customers and prospective customers in order to administer accounts and provide services. This data includes Non-Public Personal Information (NPPI) as well as sensitive information.
Personally identifiable information
PossibleNOW collects personal information on its Websites when users fill out information request forms. When the user completes and submits a form, sends an email, fax, or contacts the company by telephone, PossibleNOW may store the inquiries and the contents including any personally identifiable information the user may have provided. Any personally identifiable information submitted via an inquiry is collected only with the knowledge and active participation of the user. Also, some of our compliance services require the collection of Non-Public Personal Information.
Customer-supplied data related to PossibleNOW Services
This policy does not apply to data provided to the company by its customers as a part of the company's services. The policies governing the use of such data are covered within the specific services agreements related to such data and services.
PossibleNOW uses third party applications including Google Analytics, Oracle Eloqua and Clicky which may use Web beacons or clear gifs to track visitors on any of our Websites. We automatically collect and store; the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet; the Internet protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using; the browser software you use and your operating system; the date and time you access our sites; and the Internet address of the site from which you linked directly to our sites.
We use this information only as anonymous aggregate data to determine the number of visitors to different sections of our sites, to ensure the sites are working properly, and to help us make our sites more useful. We do not use it to track or record information about individuals. Only if a site visitor provides us with their contact information through a form submittal do we know the identity of the site visitor.
A "web beacon" is a transparent pixel image used in collecting information about website usage, email response and tracking. Web beacons are used to enhance functionality on the site (e.g. user ID and password prompts, and conference registration) and aggregate traffic data (e.g. what pages are the most popular.)
A "cookie" is a small text file that a Website can place on your computer's hard drive in order, for example, to collect information about your activities on the site or to make it possible for you to use an online "shopping cart" to keep track of items you wish to purchase. The cookie transmits this information back to the Website's computer which, generally speaking, is the only computer that can read it. Many consumers do not know that "cookies" are being placed on their computers when they visit Websites. If you want to know when this happens, or to prevent it from happening, you can set your browser to warn you when a Website attempts to place a "cookie" on your computer.
PossibleNOW's website does not respond to a browser's Do Not Track signal.
How we use the information we gather
In general, we collect information about our customers to enable us to provide a service, administer customer accounts, deliver customer benefits (e.g., our newsletters) and to provide information on regulatory updates. Also, we regularly communicate notice to our customers regarding account activity.
Information sharing policy
PossibleNOW does not sell your private profile or customer-owned information to third parties. We may share your information with affiliates or other third parties, or service providers to process information on our behalf or provide a service to us, such as fulfilling a direct mail piece to our customers; however, PossibleNOW requires that these third parties comply with PossibleNOW's privacy policies when processing this information. We may share anonymous, aggregated information about all our users with third parties.
How will changes to sharing policy be handled
You will be notified by e-mail (if we have valid e-mail information) and postings on our Websites should PossibleNOW decide to change our policy regarding sharing your information.
Procedures for customers to update or correct erroneous information
The Terms require that you ensure that information provided by you is accurate and up-to-date. PossibleNOW respects our customer's right to privacy and choice. Our company provides services only to businesses, not consumers. However, in keeping with industry best practices, we offer our business to business customers a choice about how they want us to communicate marketing information to them.
E-mail opt out procedures
PossibleNOW's marketing e-mails contain an "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the page. Clicking the unsubscribe link will allow you to opt out from future e-mails from PossibleNOW. You may also reply to the e-mails and type the words "REMOVE ME" in the subject line before sending. Your e-mail address will be removed from further e-mailings of marketing materials.

How do we protect our customers' information
To help protect the privacy and security of customer owned data and personally identifiable information you transmit through use of this Site, we maintain physical, technical and administrative safeguards. We update and test our security technology on an ongoing basis. We restrict access to your personally identifiable information to those employees who need to know that information to provide benefits or services to you. In addition, we train our employees about the importance of confidentiality and maintaining the privacy and security of your information. We commit to taking appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce our employees' privacy responsibilities.
Collection of data regarding children under the age of 13
Because of the nature of our business, our services are not provided to minors. We will not ask minors to provide their personal data if we have knowledge of their minority status.
