Clarification texts are also allowed in certain scenarios (e.g., when a consumer subscribes to multiple message categories), but they must not be used to reconfirm marketing consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the customer doesn\u2019t respond to a clarification request?
