This insight helps our businesses prioritize the types of communications they send to customers based on their interest levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Digital Preference Management:<\/strong> Unique to us as a financial institution in Canada, we&#8217;ve enabled not only our frontline staff to manage customer preferences, which they\u2019ve always done, but we\u2019ve also digitized the tool. This allows customers to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.possiblenow.com\/products\/mypreferences\/preference-management\">manage their preferences<\/a> on their mobile devices or desktops.
