Solutions Architect


PossibleNOW has an immediate opening for a Solutions Architect to join our PSO team with strong technical skills. The Solutions Architect’s (SA) role within our professional services team is to evaluate customer business and/or functional requirements to determine how PossibleNOW’s SaaS software can full fill those needs.

The SA is responsible for the overall architecture of each solution including technical specifications, cost estimation, defining of target durations for each implementation effort.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist Customers in the implementation and configuration of PossibleNOW Software
  • Create, update, and maintain customer accounts and customer specific documentation
  • Train customers on how to utilize the PossibleNOW product suite
  • Efficiently triage and resolve customer issues and engage additional resources where applicable
  • Facilitate and determine root cause of issues and communicate appropriately to internal and external customers for issue associated with service performance or outages
  • Review data on behalf of our customers to facilitate the implementation or troubleshoot issues
  • Make API calls to validate and demonstrate PossibleNOW software best practices
  • Provide timely follow-up and status updates to clients, as issues are processed and resolved
  • Demonstrate good judgment by escalating issues to the manager when appropriate
  • Proactively make suggestions to Possiblenow product team to help reduce or eliminate recurring issues
  • Work well with other members of the Customer Support team
  • Follow processes to handoff issues to other teams and follow up to ensure the issue is being resolved in a timely manner
  • Be available to assist resolving production issues when needed
  • Keep supervisor well-informed of internal and external daily, weekly and project activities, recommendations, and corrective actions
  • Keep confidential all applicant, client, and company proprietary information to include IP addresses and passwords
  • Be available for customer go live events after hours when needed
  • Continue education with updated certifications
  • Provide mentoring and product support training to new and existing support staff

Job Skills

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Postman experience
  • Understanding of Data Management
  • Understanding of MarTech platforms such as Eloqua and SalesForce Marketing Cloud

Required Education

BS in Information Technology


  • 5 years work experience as solutions architect
