Tracey provides creative strategy services for customers which include user experience, information architecture, usability, and visual design with a focus in healthcare, higher education, insurance, and publishing. Tracey gets to know PossibleNOW customers at every level, from business goals, to competition, to marketing assets, and to their customers’ needs. With that knowledge, Tracey helps to provide a scalable strategy that helps to elevate your brand trust and user experience.
Tracey is an Adjunct Professor at University of Massachusetts at Lowell (UML) teaching Web Design since 2000 and has assisted in defining and structuring a full fine arts web curriculum. She has received a Professional Teacher Excellence Award.
Tracey is a member, yearly judge for Massachusetts Innovation & Technology Exchange (MITX) awards, recipient of 4 MITX awards, and a MITX award presenter.
Prior to PossibleNOW, was the Chief Creative Director at Bridgeline Digital and Show & Tell, Inc. As the Chief Creative Director, she oversaw creative strategy services for customers which included user experience, information architecture, and visual design for well-known companies such as, AT&T, Citibank, Dell, John Hancock, JP Morgan, Microsoft, Standard & Poors, Toshiba etc.
