Scott leads the company’s strategic mission to maintain its leadership position in global direct marketing compliance by closely monitoring changes in consumer privacy legislation, industry trends, and delivering innovative products and services to meet client’s needs.

Rick oversees PossibleNOW operations including support and compliance managed services, and plays a major role in strategic planning, financial planning, and strategic partnerships.

Chris serves as the chief architect of the company’s technical product direction and oversees all product development, systems operations, and maintenance.

Scott Magnes joined PossibleNOW as the Senior Vice President of Business Development in 2011. In this capacity, Scott leads the strategic and tactical implementation of PossibleNOW’s sales, business development and partnership efforts. He leverages his extensive professional network to engage with prospects and clients to help them find the appropriate solution for their regulatory compliance and preference management needs.
