Information Security Analyst / SPLUNK Admin

This position is responsible for supporting the information security program to assure information assets are adequately protected and audited. The Information Security Analyst reports directly to the CISO and provides guidance to managers and individual contributors to assure security programs and technical controls follow policies, applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards to effectively protect corporate information, and information systems.  The position will also focus on Splunk implementation and support with a goal toward enhancing the Splunk infrastructure as it relates to application/machine data, troubleshooting, reporting, custom queries, dashboards, and security roles administration.

Overall responsibilities:

  • Perform daily log reviews for PossibleNOW’s security infrastructure to include firewall, security gateways, system, network, SPLUNK, etc.
  • Protects against unauthorized access, modification, or destruction of information assets.
  • Completes tasks designed to ensure the security of the organization's systems and information assets.
  • Works with end users to determine needs of individual departments, implements policies or procedures, and tracks compliance through the organization.
  • Understand fundamental business activities at PossibleNOW and subsidiaries. Maintain current knowledge of applicable regulatory and compliance issues related to Information Security.
  • Keeps immediate supervisor well-informed of internal and external daily, weekly and project activities, recommendations, and corrective actions related to the overall information security of the organization.
  • Assist with the implementation of a company-wide Information Security training program to assure the organization’s workforce is knowledgeable of Information Security policies, practices and relevant guidance appropriate to their role in the organization.
  • Technical writing/creation of formal documentation such as architecture diagrams, technical designs, and SOPs.

SPLUNK responsibilities:

  • Support, and maintain an existing on-premises Splunk infrastructure (CentOS) with both an operational and security focus.
  • Standardize Splunk agent deployment, configuration and maintenance primarily on Windows platforms with a variety of other platforms.
  • Troubleshoot Splunk server and agent problems and issues.
  • Assist internal users of Splunk in designing and maintaining production-quality dashboards
  • Mentor users and other groups on their use of Splunk.
  • Monitor the agent and server infrastructure for capacity planning and optimization.

Periodic responsibilities (whether weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.):

  • Continue education with updated certifications.
  • Provide Data security training to new and existing company staff.
  • Assist with the coordination involved in the performance of security testing, i.e. penetration test, vulnerability scans internal and external.

Product Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

PossibleNOW seeks a Product Manager with strong technical acumen to join our product team, pushing the envelope for our SaaS-based enterprise preference management platform. Candidate needs the right combination of previous product management experience and innovative thinking. The ideal candidate will help us stay abreast of technology as well as bring new ideas. The Product Manager position works with our development team as a champion for our products.

Candidates should have strong experience building out product roadmaps, working in an Agile environment, and developing comprehensive user stories (including screen mockups). Technical business analyst experience is a big plus. Prior engineering or programming experience is also a plus. All candidates must have a firm understanding of SaaS technology, allowing for quick ramp up and quick value add.

On a day to day basis, the Project Manager will collect, document and maintain the list of requirements for all development efforts. The Project Manager will be accountable for the functional design and adherence to company development methodologies. The Project Manager will work with the other Product team members to organize requirements into meaningful user stories, plan for upcoming sprints, and ensure that all requirements are complete and consistent with the direction of the product roadmap.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • • Develop detailed requirements, build mock flows, work with product development team to ensure completeness of requirements and fit to purpose.
  • • Work with product team to identify new growth areas in the digital marketing and customer engagement space.
  • • Work with graphic design team to ensure that completed designs are consistent with user requirements
  • • Work with professional services, sales and support to ensure requirements are driven by customer need

What is the general purpose of the position?

Job Description

Our Sales Development Representative's will research high value organizations within our ideal customer profile, and run prospecting campaigns via email, phone, social media, etc. Their primary focus is to identify a target audience, and schedule introductory conversations with account executives for our MyPreferences technology. The SDR has visibility into our enterprise sales process, and will work closely with our Vice President of Sales, Account Executives, and Sales Development team to grow within the business.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Internet Tools and research
  • 'Hunter' mentality in seeking out new business
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, through email and via phone
