Systems Administrator

Primary Job Responsibilities:

As a Systems Administrator in our internal support division, you will provide on-site and remote technical support, problem remediation, and consulting services.

  • Provide on-site and remote support for fellow employees
  • Focus on corrective, preventative maintenance, security and automation.
  • Provide Level 1 and level 2 support as needed – examples include desktop, windows server and storage related issues.
  • Support hosted systems at our data center
  • Assist with application level upgrades
  • Assist with the implementation of emerging technologies
  • Complete documentation and ticketing tracking system on problem resolutions

Additional Job Functions:

In addition to your primary role as a Systems Administrator, you will also assist the systems  team with the following:

  • Provide office support for PossibleNOW corporate and other divisions
  • Be available for monthly after hour’s maintenance.
  • Some weekend/afterhours support for maintenance and unexpected issues.
  • Available for limited local travel. Must have reliable transportation. (Mileage reimbursement is offered.)

Requirements

Education and/or Experience:

To succeed in this position, you need the following:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience plus an additional five years industry specific experience required
  • Proven problem-solving skills and strong information systems aptitude
  • In-depth experience with Windows Server 2012 focusing on IIS and NLB
  • In-depth experience with Virtualization products

Senior Client Success Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

PossibleNOW is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager (Senior CSM) due to the rapid growth of our preference management SAAS product, MyPreferences. In this role the Senior CSM is the front line technical resource for MyPreferences support efforts with large enterprise customers. The Senior CSM often troubleshoots and resolves configuration problems during solution implementation and provides ongoing end-user support. The Senior CSM is the liaison between the Operations organization and other teams including Development, Product Management and Sales. The Senior CSM must have a deep technical understanding of our product and be able to communicate at both a business and technical level. The Senior CSM is tasked with resolving all operational technical issues to assure complete customer confidence. A Senior CSM must be able to quickly establish strong, trusted relationships with customers and understand this as critical to success.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Application discovery and documentation of infrastructure, architecture and technical requirements for client projects.
  • Provide product support to customers, partners and consultants according to the support procedures in order to resolve problems from different complexity levels
  • Have direct contact with PossibleNOW VIPs on a monthly (weekly) basis

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Product Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

PossibleNOW seeks a Product Manager with strong technical acumen to join our product team, pushing the envelope for our SaaS-based enterprise preference management platform. Candidate needs the right combination of previous product management experience and innovative thinking. The ideal candidate will help us stay abreast of technology as well as bring new ideas. The Product Manager position works with our development team as a champion for our products.

Candidates should have strong experience building out product roadmaps, working in an Agile environment, and developing comprehensive user stories (including screen mockups). Technical business analyst experience is a big plus. Prior engineering or programming experience is also a plus. All candidates must have a firm understanding of SaaS technology, allowing for quick ramp up and quick value add.

On a day to day basis, the Project Manager will collect, document and maintain the list of requirements for all development efforts. The Project Manager will be accountable for the functional design and adherence to company development methodologies. The Project Manager will work with the other Product team members to organize requirements into meaningful user stories, plan for upcoming sprints, and ensure that all requirements are complete and consistent with the direction of the product roadmap.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • • Develop detailed requirements, build mock flows, work with product development team to ensure completeness of requirements and fit to purpose.
  • • Work with product team to identify new growth areas in the digital marketing and customer engagement space.
  • • Work with graphic design team to ensure that completed designs are consistent with user requirements
  • • Work with professional services, sales and support to ensure requirements are driven by customer need
  • • Work with product team to provide prioritization for short, medium and long term roadmap vision.
  • • Produce documentation and training materials for use internally to company members as well as externally to new and existing customers
  • • Provide problem resolution and testing support with QA team during product development sprints and UAT.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • • Communicates with Development and QA teams regularly to ensure accurate understanding of requirements.
  • • Assists with research on software and hardware products.
  • • Acts as liaison between business and technical community interpreting user needs and translating them into more technical language for the developers (and vice-versa).
  • • Coordinates and performs tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new processes/systems, and other post implementation support.

QUALIFICATIONS

Project Manager

What is the general purpose of the position?

Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Plans, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors project completion. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Project Management certification is preferred. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Systems Engineer

Job Purpose:

The Systems Engineer is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure systems hardware and software. This individual will install all new hardware, systems and software for networks, as well as configure and maintain network services, equipment and devices utilizing technologies such as Microsoft SCCM and SCOM.
